Venue Pricing & Options​

By the hour:

$300 per hour, a minimum of 3 hours

Includes exclusive commercial kitchen use.

*Hourly rentals are unavailable Fridays and Saturdays May through October


By the Day:


Rental period is from 10 AM to 11 PM and includes exclusive commercial kitchen use

Includes a scheduled on-site rehearsal and the option to return the following day before 10 AM to retrieve personal belongings.

By the Weekend:


Rental period is from Friday at 10 AM through Sunday at 1 PM

Includes exclusive commercial kitchen use 

Cleaning Fee: All bookings must make a $250 cleaning deposit, this is refundable if the Guest leaves Hartlot Happening clean upon the end of the Rental Period.



Access to various areas of Hartlot Happening is outlined below, with reference to the Hartlot Happening Map:

  • The Venue: A restored 19th-century board-formed concrete barn, offering a unique and beautiful interior and exterior. Seats up to 75 for dining. Suitable for indoor ceremonies, dancing, cocktail hour. (~1000 sq ft)

  • The Atrium: Our newest venue area, this approximately 1700 square foot space is an ideal dining space for parties of up to 120.

  • The Courtyard: Ideal for ceremonies and cocktail hour.

  • The Lot: A lawn area suitable for ceremonies.

  • The Parking Lot: Stone parking lot with a capacity for approximately 30 cars, lit with bistro lights.

  • The Kitchen: Exclusive use available with prior notice to a Hartlot Happening representative.

  • The Beanery: Not accessible to guests but serves as a picturesque backdrop for photos.

  • She Rents Vintage & Unite Two Design: Operational buildings, restricted from guest access.


Services Provided:

  • Two on-site meetings for event timeline and details review

  • Assistance in creating a floor plan

  • Table and chair arrangement before the rental period

  • Tables and chairs for 120 guests

  • 8 9' industrial wood tables, 5 round 60" tables with white linens.

  • Two bathrooms (one ADA accessible)

  • Trash, recycling, and compost receptacles with removal service

  • 8' Outdoor Rustic Beam Table

  • On-site employee for parking and emergencies

  • Firepit, Cornhole, and Bocce set

  • Approved Catering Partners list for smooth event operations

  • 25% discount on rentals through She Rents Vintage, our exclusive specialty rentals partner

  • On-site wedding rehearsal

  • 1 Firepit & 3 patio heaters


Not Included:

  • Service staff for bussing tables or trash, food, or bar service

  • Plates, flatware, glassware, napkins or barware

  • Bar service (license required)

  • Event insurance

  • Ice

  • Clean-up of personal or rented items


To book an event, contact Booking requires a non-refundable retainer fee (50% of Rental Fee), a $250 refundable cleaning fee, and a signed contract. The remaining 50% of the Rental Fee is due two months prior to the Event Date. Payment methods include check, cash, Venmo, or credit card (with a 3% service fee).
